Sunday’s here, guests are near.
Bring it on, mama dear!
Who doesn’t love a great burger?!
Crunchy yet smooth and mushy flavorsome burger.
Rumors have it that this goodiness is promising to take your taste buds to orgasm as soon as it starts fusing with your excited starving mouth…
Hubba- hubba!!! Is this real?!
» Can a gluten- free, dairy- free, healthy- full meal do this to a multiple allergies person?!
» What about food intolerance?!
» Is it safe to eat for vegans?!
» But, wait, I suffer from Histamine Intolerance and Candida Overgrowth.
» Can I still indulge in this?
Yes, yes, and… yes! This burger is not only mouth- watering, but body healing as well.
Rich in vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and protein, this yumminess makes the perfect meal when it comes to regenerate our body as soon as a blink.
Yeast and allergen free, cooked without frying, it’s more than safe to be eaten by those of you who choose to eat healthy yet tasty, even for vegans.
It’s meat free, but I guarantee, no one would even realize it.
The clock is ticking, time is running and the guests will be here soon.
So, let’s not lose so much time and… put some awesomeness piece of health on that plate!
Gluten- free, dairy and meat- free, goodness- full burger:
Time needed: 30 mins.
Ingredients and directions (for one piece of Heavenly burger):
» For the bun:
- 200 gr oatmeal
- 400 gr hot water
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
They long to be together and form a fluffy dough, so be sure to blend well the ingredients above, mixing them by using your favorite spatula, sprinkle on some cravings, and bake it on the nonstick pan until you have a perfect rounded fluffy bun.
Now, you wanna let it cool enough to cut it out in half. Yeah, it might sound a bit aggressive from your side, but, hey, someone has to sacrifice for the sake of the society.

» For the meat free burger:
Mingle, bingle and… jingle:

- 1/2 apio(celery) stick
- 1 red onion

Take a look at the burger: it looks tanned enough?
If so… poof!!! It’s cooked!!!
It’s time to place it inside that delicious bun, add your favorite type of salad, slightly pour some extra virgin olive or coconut oil, call your friends and… throw that burger party!!!
Trust me, this little piece of health is just divine!!!
Burgers are everybody’s lovelies, but if you are more of the pizza- type, you might wanna give this breathtaking pizza a try!!! I promise you will not regret it!!!
Now, tell me dear ones, how will you spend this Sunday evening?!
I hope you will not forget to have a blast out of it!!!
